4.4 Social Media Platforms

If you choose to connect social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) for auto-publishing features:

• We access only the minimum permissions required to publish content on your behalf
• We store access tokens securely and use them only for publishing your dubbed videos
• We do not collect or store your social media followers, likes, or engagement data beyond basic publishing confirmation
• You can disconnect your social accounts at any time from your account settings
• Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies (e.g., TikTok Privacy Policy, YouTube Terms of Service)

4.5 YouTube API Services

Dubgrr uses YouTube API Services to enable you to publish your dubbed videos directly to YouTube. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Data We Access from YouTube

When you connect your YouTube account, we request access to:

• Upload videos: Permission to upload your dubbed videos to your YouTube channel
• Manage your videos: Permission to set video titles, descriptions, privacy settings, and metadata for uploaded content
• View your YouTube account: Basic channel information (channel name, ID) to confirm the correct account is connected

How We Use YouTube Data

• We use YouTube API Services only to upload videos you explicitly choose to publish
• We store your YouTube OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection without requiring repeated authentication
• We do not access, collect, or store your YouTube watch history, subscriptions, playlists, comments, or any other personal YouTube data
• We do not use your YouTube data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than publishing your dubbed videos
• We do not share your YouTube data with any third parties

Revoking YouTube Access

You can revoke Dubgrr's access to your YouTube account at any time by:

• Disconnecting your YouTube account in your your Dubgrr account settings
• Removing Dubgrr from your Google Account permissions

Upon disconnection, we immediately delete your YouTube OAuth tokens from our systems. Videos previously uploaded to YouTube will remain on your channel unless you delete them directly on YouTube.

Google Privacy Policy

In addition to this Privacy Policy, your use of YouTube features is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4.6 TikTok API Services

Dubgrr uses TikTok's Content Posting API to enable you to publish your dubbed videos directly to TikTok. By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to be bound by TikTok's Terms of Service.

Data We Access from TikTok

When you connect your TikTok account, we request access to:

• Post videos: Permission to upload your dubbed videos to your TikTok account
• Basic profile information: Your TikTok username and display name to confirm the correct account is connected

How We Use TikTok Data

• We use TikTok API Services only to upload videos you explicitly choose to publish
• We store your TikTok OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection without requiring repeated authentication
• We do not access, collect, or store your TikTok followers, likes, comments, watch history, or any other personal TikTok data
• We do not use your TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than publishing your dubbed videos
• We do not share your TikTok data with any third parties

Revoking TikTok Access

You can revoke Dubgrr's access to your TikTok account at any time by:

• Disconnecting your TikTok account in your your Dubgrr account settings
• Removing Dubgrr from your TikTok app settings under "Manage app permissions"

Upon disconnection, we immediately delete your TikTok OAuth tokens from our systems. Videos previously uploaded to TikTok will remain on your account unless you delete them directly on TikTok.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, your use of TikTok features is subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy.

4.7 Instagram API Services

Dubgrr uses the Instagram Graph API to enable you to publish your dubbed videos as Reels directly to Instagram. By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to be bound by Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Terms.

Data We Access from Instagram

When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account, we request access to:

• Publish content: Permission to upload your dubbed videos as Reels to your Instagram account
• Basic profile information: Your Instagram username and account ID to confirm the correct account is connected
• Business account information: Verification that your account is a Business or Creator account (required for API access)

How We Use Instagram Data

• We use Instagram API Services only to upload videos you explicitly choose to publish as Reels
• We store your Instagram OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection without requiring repeated authentication
• We do not access, collect, or store your Instagram followers, likes, comments, stories, DMs, or any other personal Instagram data
• We do not use your Instagram data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than publishing your dubbed videos
• We do not share your Instagram data with any third parties

Revoking Instagram Access

You can revoke Dubgrr's access to your Instagram account at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Instagram account in your your Dubgrr account settings
• Removing Dubgrr from your Instagram app settings: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Active → Remove

Upon disconnection, we immediately delete your Instagram OAuth tokens from our systems. Videos previously uploaded to Instagram will remain on your account unless you delete them directly on Instagram.

Meta Privacy Policy

In addition to this Privacy Policy, your use of Instagram features is subject to Instagram's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.

5. AI Training and Data Use

Important Information About AI Processing:

• Your User Content is processed by AI systems to provide dubbing services
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data (stripped of personal identifiers) to improve our AI models and service quality
• We do NOT use your identifiable User Content to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Voice profiles you create are stored securely and used only for your authorized projects
• You may request deletion of your voice profiles at any time

Third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Fish Audio, SyncLabs) have their own data use policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for complete information.

6. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request
• User Content: Videos and generated content are retained for 90 days after processing, then automatically deleted unless you save them to your account
• Voice Profiles: Retained until you delete them or close your account
• Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
• Usage Logs: Retained for 12 months for analytics and security purposes
• Legal Holds: Data may be retained longer if required for legal proceedings

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Secure, encrypted password storage
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access controls and authentication requirements for employees
• DDoS protection and firewall systems
• Secure development practices and code reviews
