  • We store access tokens securely and use them only for publishing your dubbed videos
  • We do not collect or store your social media followers, likes, or engagement data beyond basic publishing confirmation
  • You can disconnect your social accounts at any time from your account settings
  • Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies (e.g., TikTok Privacy Policy, YouTube Terms of Service)

5. AI Training and Data Use

Important Information About AI Processing:

  • Your User Content is processed by AI systems to provide dubbing services
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data (stripped of personal identifiers) to improve our AI models and service quality
  • We do NOT use your identifiable User Content to train AI models without your explicit consent
  • Voice profiles you create are stored securely and used only for your authorized projects
  • You may request deletion of your voice profiles at any time

Third-party AI providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, SyncLabs) have their own data use policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for complete information.

6. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request
  • User Content: Videos and generated content are retained for 90 days after processing, then automatically deleted unless you save them to your account
  • Voice Profiles: Retained until you delete them or close your account
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 12 months for analytics and security purposes
  • Legal Holds: Data may be retained longer if required for legal proceedings

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Secure, encrypted password storage
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Access controls and authentication requirements for employees
